Sergio Augusto Vistrain
Sergio Augusto Vistrain, mapor General Director, is responsible for establishing research designs in such a way that they accurately respond to our client’s needs, ellaborating the corresponding methodoly questions, desings both, the questionnaire and the information analysis plan, and does the client report, making sure that the different stages of the survey are done according to the established norms and that the final product results according to the international quality standards. He labors in this position since May 2001. Sergio Augusto Vistrain’s resume displays a long trayectory in the research area in both, public opinion and market opinion, as he has performed in this for 14 years. He has worked both as client (CONASUPO, Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, Colgate-Palmolive) and supplier (Newell-Nadelsticher, Investigación PsicoSocial Aplicada, Psicología SocialAplicada, Delfos Comunicación Prospectiva and ORC International). Sergio Augusto Vistrain’s academic formation is formed by a Degree in Social Psychology, a Diploma in Advertising, a MBA (Organization Management) and a Diploma in Politic Communication and Management. He has taught Research related subjects (Market Research, Statistics, SPSS, Consumer Analysis Workshop and Communication Evaluation, among others) at different Superior level Education Institutes He has created meauring instruments (Self-trust Scale, Economic Expectations Index and Quality Culture Psychosocial Index, among others), developed a research technique (Projective Survey), a content analysis technique (MDCA), some software (VSS, SIGMA, QUESTNUM) and a methodology (Brand Awareness Tracking) for evaluating advertising efforts in means of brand recall. |
